How does the process work?

Step 1: Concept

Send us your concept ideas and we'll have a CAD drawing created so you can see your price before it's made. We'll make sure you'll recieve the perfect bespoke item.

Step 2: Manufacturing

Once you give us the go-ahead, we'll send your design on to our workshop. Depending upon the complexity, we have it completed in two to six weeks.

Step 3: Hallmarking

If you choose to go for 9ct, 18ct gold or platinum, we'll send your piece off to the Assay Office to be hallmarked. This process will take one week, and then we'll box it beautifully and send it onwards to you!
