We are unable to accept bespoke and altered pieces for return. Items out of the 30-day returns period are unable to be refunded, as well as used pieces.

We aim to process all received returns within 1-2 business days. You will receive a notification email when your refund has been issued.

All our items are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery guaranteed by 1pm. This is to ensure our pieces are safely delivered on time. However this means someone will have to be in to receive the delivery or else Royal Mail will try to deliver again the next business day

Can I send to another country?

Yes, but please note there will be higher shipping costs and there may be duty and customs fees. Prices vary depending on where you’re sending it.

It seems like I’ve been double charged. Why?

If you’ve had trouble placing your order then that extra charge you see may just be a pending charge. This can happen when your billing details don’t match what your card has on record with the bank. In this case, the pending charge will disappear after a short while once your account is reconciled. Or you can call your bank directly and they can resolve this for you.

I’ve received the wrong item; how do I get the right one?

Did you order a bespoke piece? In that case what you may have received is the sterling silver version of the item that you’ve ordered. Find bespoke details below.

Nope, I was definitely sent the wrong item. Now what?

We apologise for the mix-up and will fix it ASAP. If you’ve received the wrong item, give us a call at [] and we’ll resolve the mix-up for you as soon as we can.

My Stardust Diamonds jewellery needs fixing – can you help me?

We offer a range of repair services to help with any problem that may occur with your Stardust Diamonds jewellery. See a list of our services below.

Can I get my Stardust Diamonds jewellery wet?

You can but it’s not recommended. Exposing jewellery to water can dull its shine since dirt particles build up on the gemstones and the metal can tarnish. If you do expose your jewellery to water, we recommend checking out our care routine to keep your jewellery in good condition and looking new.

My gemstones look dull. Why is this and what can I do?

Layers of dirt particles build up each day on the jewellery and this can eventually dull the shine. All jewellery needs cleaning, some more than others depending on the style of the jewellery as well as the habit of the wearer. We recommend you remove jewellery when:

Applying perfumes, lotions and creams. During exercise. Using cleaning products. Cooking, Showering, swimming, or any activity that can get your jewellery wet.

The metal of my jewellery is tarnishing, why is this and what can I do?

Tarnish is caused by the oxidation of the metal when exposed to air, oils on the skin, and chemicals like perfumes and lotions. It causes the metal to appear darker in colour and eventually turn black. But this is perfectly normal and easy to fix.

The best way to prevent tarnish is to clean your jewellery after you wear them and store after drying in an airtight jewellery box. See jewellery care for cleaning advice.

How often should I clean my jewellery?

To keep all your jewellery always looking as good as new, we recommend monthly cleaning at the minimum and increase the frequency whenever needed. We offer professional cleaning if you’d like a deeper clean.

Can I replace a lost piece from a jewellery set?

Yes, of course. We can replace any piece of jewellery including missing earrings and earring backs. Get in touch and let us know what you need, and our team will deliver.

Can I resize my Stardust Diamonds jewellery?

If your jewellery no longer qualifies for an exchange (worn or out of 30 days) then don’t worry - we can still resize it. Please get in touch and our team will be able to assist.
